These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by C&M Valeting & Pressure Washing Services.

Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our online booking system. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a charge.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and any additional work required. We will always confirm the price with you before starting any work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

Liability

C&M Valeting carries full public liability insurance. While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, or defects that become apparent during the cleaning process.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with our work, please let us know immediately and we’ll do our best to put it right.
