Do you come to me?
Yes. We're a fully mobile service, so we come to your home, your workplace or wherever suits you. We're fully mobile across Kent & East Sussex, including Maidstone, Gravesend, Dartford, Meopham, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Sittingbourne and Faversham and the surrounding areas.
Do I need to provide water?
No. We arrive fully equipped with everything we need, including our own water supply.
What size is my vehicle?
Small is for hatchbacks, Medium is for saloons, and Large is for jeeps, SUVs and minibuses. If you're not sure, pick the closest match and we'll confirm your price before we start.
How are your prices worked out?
Most packages are priced by vehicle size: Small (hatchbacks), Medium (saloons) or Large (jeeps, SUVs and minibuses). Deep Interior Cleans, Engine Bay Cleans and Headlight Restorations are one fixed price. If you're not sure which size you are, pick the closest match and we'll confirm your price before we start.
How long does a valet take?
An Enhanced Valet takes approximately 2.5 to 3.5 hours and a Retail Ready approximately 4 to 5.5 hours. Every package page shows its approximate time.
What's the difference between the Enhanced Valet and Retail Ready?
The Enhanced Valet (from £120) is a thorough clean inside and out with full paintwork decontamination and paint protection. Retail Ready (from £200) goes further, with deep cleaned seats and carpets, steam cleaning where required and an engine bay clean and dress.
